I think that one day or another every Napoleonic wargamer had a look at those wooden wonders : the great battleships of the Age of Sail.... For military historians it is impossible to forget the importance of the naval world relative to campaigns ( just think Aboukir or Trafalgar ), and so, we'd like to find something to recreate this powerful asset and maybe to play the seaside of the Napoleonic era......
Now, consider how many wargames are devoted to land warfare and search for the naval counterpart.....
As I know today, there are some games like Age of Sail or Salvo ...but they are some 5 years old - meaning generations in PC world...- or the hollywoodian Empire at War.....
So, if some of you know some PC games with today graphisms and compatibility Win7, I'ld be grateful for any infos
I don't ask to recreate Trafalgar, but if I could play a decent Master & Commander, I'll be in Heaven
