This is help for to play PBEM from NBC forum.
Thank to Gunner24 and Friant for this help step by step.
In case of doubt , read this steps.
(you are player B,i am player A)
Creation of PBEM game.
Player A will require each payers oobs and doctrines to create PBEM game.
Place oobs in Army folder, A for France, B for allies. Histwar/Army.
Place doctrines in doctrine folder. Histwar/Doctrine.
1.
Player A.
Start Histwar, Doctrine Editor and select players doctrine’s for nations playing.
Quit.
Click on Les Grognards.
Click on options and scale.
Click on main menu.
Click on Play by email.
Choose nation you will be commanding, select weather, map, and oobs.
Create PBEM.
Deployment phase, change initiatives if required, enter orders and press p for continuation.
Click on end of turn – Send file.
Exit, Exit.
Open Histwar folder, Histwar/Save/PBEM.
Select file to email.

Player B.
Place file in Histwar/Save/PBEM.
Start Histwar
Click on Les Grognards.
Click on Play by email.
Click on Resume a pbem.
Select file.
Deployment phase, change initiatives if required, enter orders and press p for continuation.
Click on end of turn – Send file.
Exit, Exit.

Player A.
Place file in Histwar/Save/PBEM.
Start Histwar
Click on Les Grognards.
Click on Play by email.
Click on Resume a pbem.
Select file.
Click on play to watch replay or fast forward.
Press a to give orders, press p for continuation.
Click on end of turn – Send file.
Exit, Exit.
Players A and B repeat steps 2. and 3. until battle ends.
