does anybody know what the 3D Russian unit Mod does?

Just seen this  on the download dump and don't know what it is or what it does.

As long as people understand that this game is not NTW, yes you can improve the units look and if you don’t pan in to close they are ok, but the best way would be to redo the models and apply the textures a little more consistently and if we were able to mod that area of the game then maybe some super modder’s may show up and build some updated stuff. If I knew how I would but right now I am only a want to be and can only do skin work.

Anyway in the meantime maybe a complete set of Mod skin’s may get done for the current model’s and also if interested some Terrain theme Mod’s is (are) (maybe) in the works. Still figuring out how some of the files work with each other but the first will give the terrain a more smoother look which should make the units look more clearer. Its not completed but here are Some Screens

Not NtW stuff  but IMO will improve game for me.

BTW... I am planning to improve the ground graphic system in the next monthS. That said, your textures will not lost
