No umpire required, we have a complete Campaign System established.
One Game Year Campaign.
Anyone who wants to play TCP/IP or PBEM Battles only by Campaign, which means Napoleon or the guard is not at every battle like in 1v1 battles. All battles will be unique to the Operational Campaign Area
HWLG players who wish to be involved in this need only be in charge of Operationa Army Commander, or at corps level.

We are current tweeking the Campaign Manager system, to ensure we get precisly what we want out of it.
The game will be simple and will not require many players at all, but can be flexible depending on players availability.
The area we are game testing at the moment is Leipzig
