New GUI

Patch to only apply to HistWar Version 03a (RC2 to RC6)

In game, G allows to choose the old/new GUI
Attention : Tutorial isn't compatible with the new GUI

A lot of adjustments on the management of Corps movement
Management of orders on the Host (for MP Mode)
