Not sure if this has already been posted or not but...
Nafziger OOBs are available from this link at the Command and General Staff College:

Are you able to inform me?
At the reading of Nafziger's oob, there are numbers between bracket who intrigue me. What mean them?
For example:
1/7 th Legere Regiment (32/708)
23/3rd Foot Artillery (4/63) composed of 6*6£ and 2*HW
1/2nd Polish Uhlan Regiment (14/170/204)

Le premier chiffre concerne le nombre d'officier et le second regroupe les sous-officier et les militaires du rang.
Firs number is the number of officers and the second one is the number of ncos and privates.

For the cavalry regiments numbers in brackets mean: officers/men/horses
