Spectacular !......this should bring in some new people, if not, I don't know what kind of Napoleonic game "they" want.
If the game shall have a significant commercial success, the 3D-Engine has to be accurate!
For us it might not be that important, but for the consumer-mass the following aspects are crucial:
- almost or total accuracy of the 3D-engine in relation to the real game-engine
- 3D realtime fighting action. Good fighting-animations, units always forming formations and firing in the right direction, falling soldiers in the very moment of hit, accurate number of dead boddies corresponding to the current battle-situation
- and me myself I am keen for divisional and brigade level orders, as well as taking command in subleader-level.
To prevent any outrageous comments: There is no need to defend JMM and his work, for I am not offending, and the game itself is already outstanding among its kind.
But I am sure that I am talking the truth, if it is about bringing in a very significant number of new players.
