The first topic.
I cannot remove.
I am working to create the second ridge for satellite Waterloo map by hand.
I solved the first step with Scilab.
Now i have a matrix 101 x 80 ??? reliefs in ascii text.    should be 101 x 76 there is something of strange.
I have to find which modify to create the ridge.
After that i have to load this text file and covert in binary for Waterloo map. (difficult but possible)

I make a blank test without modify text reliefs.
Only to see if scilab work correct to make binary for map with for imput my text file with reliefs.
This is reliefs without offset to find 0 meters.
seems that work, but I must control better.

I have to find which rows i must change reliefs.
I try a attempt on 28° and 29° row, only to visualize the position.
Too complicated.
