A thing i can't remember ingame

Dear Grognards;

there is a thing i just can't remembre and figure it out ingame:

Every commander has a medal with a number below that medal... and i just can't remember for what this number is, and if there is a low number for it and an higher number.

Oh well found it. It is the Skill level of the officer, but i can't remember if there is a minimum or a maximum for it.

The higher the number the better the skill. If I am ok, the highest is 4

indeed, i opened Austerlitz and looked at Napoleon ... he is a 4 .... so it goes from 1 to 4.
