Missing Key Error......Help needed

Hi everyone,

I just bought the Napoleon pack of HWLG and I believe I was sent a key (It is a very long numero-alphabetic key).

I don't know where to "install" the key so I can play the game.

Can someone please assist me?

I was told that I would get a key within 24 hours.
