Thanks for this new mod which I have installed on my desktop and laptop. The maps are great!
Unfortunately there are graphic problems with the Allies - their units show up as blobs. There are no problems with the French units.
Have any other players encountered this problem? Should I re-install the game?

I have the same problem because I have the patch 02f,

reinstall the patchfull 02e
intall the patch 02F (the last patch)
reinstall the Waterloo mod and it would work.
