What sized maps for what sized armies?

I am starting to enjoy the map editor and ask your advice:  What is a good map size for 150CEH armies?  I have made a 10km x 10km map and it looks like it will be a little small, without a lot of chance to outflank. 

So what should a 100CEH game map size be?

A 150 CEH?

A 200 CEH?

What sizes bigger than 200 do you play with?

For me standard map size is 15x11.25 km good for every ceh.
But also 10x7.5km is good for battle with ceh under 200 ceh.

We will be using the Campaign sized maps in our Campaign starting next year.  Because the chance of outmanouvering your opponent is a lot easier.  Or you cant use the edge of the map as flank protection

We have been discussing this as well.  A map too  small for manouver produces a battle that is usually a "Grind", no room for out manouvering.

I like the 15k maps for all but the smallest OOB's

The next question is where can I find good simple /downloadable online topo maps of the interesting parts of europe?
