Why can't I buy Histwar with PayPal?

I am only able to buy things online through PayPal, and I've been following Histwar for years, I historian on the Napoileonic Wars, a Total War player and modder, and this is my top priority above all else. But I have no way of purchasing Histwar unless it becomes available through PayPal, because I don't have a credit or debit card.

This is directed more at JMM, but this alway fustrated me, I check daily for the day Histwar will be available through PayPal.

Please, I have been playing the demo far too long

When I go to pay in PayPal, it says I want to order 1000 copies of it to a total of 57,800 euros. When I only want one copy
