OK.
If I understand correctly, it is a way to systematize the bugs, both the already reported ones and those to be found in the future.

At least that's what I did, reporting some "old" bugs, like the infamous white screen.

I chose a log in name and password
It accepts it and when I go back to log in it says my log in is invalid
