Vistorious Fights stat.

As far as I understand it this stat means which side wins a Regiment v Regiment fight during the battle.

After looking at TEN random GaW battle results involving different players the "victorious fights" stat says France win a total of 1072, and the Allies win 838, a very big 28% better difference.

Is this a "fluke" or is France the stronger side - as it appears ?.
