A short news...

Game runs fine 1 vs 1 (with a bad connexion using a satellite way (loss 30%))..
On the first battle, we had checked several re-connexion without problem.

Some minor problems with 3 players, few jitter in 3D view. I am working on these issues and I hope the new Release very soon!

To conclude, the system seems very robustness (2 hours of battle without break!!!)

At rhe risk of sounding ungratefull is their any fix in the new version for pbem?  We need to be able to plan our competition strategy and knowing which one is working will help us

After organising several play-on-line and PBEM tournaments @ WeBandofBrothers Combat Mission club, I'd suggest that without PBEM you can't have a strategy.  Play online tournaments -- especially with a battle that will last a few hours - take just as long as the PBEM rounds!  Players just find it too hard to arrange sit down and play times, even when in nearby time zones.

So, I'm thrilled MP is up and started and look forward to games with mates, but I reckon you'll still need PBEM for club tournaments.

This version fixes both the PBEM and MP mode.
We have to continue the tests on PBEM with the different modes of FoW.

Some news ...

a) MP with 3 players: everything seems right ... no disconnecting! just  disconnect to check the reconnection. This one often works fine but sometimes there is a problem; so I have to work this part again. That said, I think I find the error in the sequence.
To avoid problems related to routers, firewalls and other security devices, we used Hamachi without any difficulty. (Recall that one player is still on satellite.)

b) play by email: clearly, there are problems of transmission of orders when we use the FoW or delayed orders ... These problems can also occur when we resume a game. I already identified the problem after spending several hours... and I am fixing this issue! I hope to finish quickly.

Good to know JMM. We are using the Workaround for pbem with no problems, so even if there are problems with pbem after the release, we will still have a fall back and be able to play MP & pbem Thanks for the update
