mmcourt and I did a bunch of work on this one, and found out a lot, including that things don't always work the way you'd think. A lot of times the simple answer isn't the right one.
It will take a couple of hours to collect everything and make it presentable, and I'm going to have to be pretty motivated before I start, so don't be in a hurry. I know other people have done some work on this, so anything people post will be useful. Maybe we can get it all figured out.
