Transferring a Regiment from 1 Corps to another

I have looked through  the booklet but cant  locate any direct info re transferring any units from 1Corps to another.
 I feel certain I have read on these forums of this being done and would appreciate any quick run-through of the steps necessary to do this.

Just select the unit you would like to transfer and hit "new assignement"...then select the new corps commander...and so shall it be done ...recheck it by moving your cursor over the new commander and you will see whether your unit is highlightened as well or not...
