Map size question.

The demo battle of Mortebello has a map about 10k x 7k by my rough measurement on the 2d map and it takes up the whole pc screen........what happens with the big maps ?......do you need to scroll the screen up and down or sideways ?, or is everything scaled down to make the map fir the screen ?.

Everything is scaled down in f2 view so you don't have to scroll the map

Very good, thanks for the quick reply......that must mean on the very biggest maps the unit markets will be quite small ?

No they are visible, not so small to be unable to understand them, one example is the Austerlitz map in the preview made some months ago
