FOW & Restricted Camera, broke?

I am trying to play the Demo with full FOW and Camera Restricted to Chief of Staff but even when I select the default Grognard mode I can move over the whole 3D map and see enemy units and their strength. Could this be because it is disabled in the Demo?

Guess so, I have also thought something wrong here, I had the Camera Restricted to Chief of Staff view and to was not restricted at all.
