Col Vachee 'Napoleon at War' MAP - la carte de Napoleon a 1806

At the back of this excellent little book was a reproduction of the french map used in 1806.  The book itself is available online http://www.archive.org/details/napoleonatwork00vachuoft in several places but the map has not been scanned.

Has anyone seen a digitized copy of this map?
