Hist War Les Grognards Challenge Board

LG is expected soon and there are no plans to have a game lobby, like we have been used to in other games.  There may be one in the future, but to start with we will have to arrange MP games somewhere else.

The http://hwlgchallenge.com has been designed to be a simple place to meet and arrange games, including PBEM, it has a chat facility and a forum that can be used for arranging LG games.

It is not for any other games and is not meant to take the place of any other forum, it is for helping to arrange LG MP games and general chat about LG - nothing else.  

It is not a Club or a Clan, but a place to meet to arrange games, I will be the admin and Gunner24 has agreed to be a Forum Moderator.

Please register if you are expecting to be using LG as either a MP game or a PBEM game.

HistWar:Les Grognards est prévu pour bientôt et on ne prévoit pas d'avoir une salle de jeu (lobby) dans l'immédiat, comme nous en avons l'habitude dans d'autres jeux. Il pourrait y avoir un dans l'avenir, mais pour commencer nous avons à organiser les jeux en MP d'une autre manière.

The HWLG Meeting Board site has now been made into a "Club" called Les Grognards Challenge Club for LG gamers. It can be used as a MP and PBEM Meeting place and it will have a two tier membership.

I ve resigned my Admin duties for LGCC as I no longer have enough time to be invloved in any admin duties.

I will remain a LGCC member and Gunner24 will take over the admin.

Every group of players can set up his own system of communication to organize MP game.
No problem about this; it's the best to have a huge community... It already exists for a lot of games.

I do not believe that today, one only one community is created an official site for HistWar: Les Grognards
Or then, I shall like knowing it.

Il n'y a rien de critiquable dans cette volonté de faire vivre une communauté... Cela existe déjà pour de nombreux jeux.

Je ne crois pas que pour l'instant, un seule communauté est créée un site officiel pour HistWar : Les Grognards.
Ou alors, j'aimerai le savoir.

yes, but it's an unofficial (and welcome  ) Mp forum and not the official one.however I hope there will many initiaves like that to developping many clans for LG.

To be very clear, LGCC is not, and was never intended to be an "official" LG site.......it's no more than a forum to help getting people together to play LG MP games.  Having said that, it is made for LG only, and not any other games.

A few updates :
The webjam site is no longer being used, as I was having "technical" problems with it.
LGCC will have a "ladder" but the basic idea of how that might work may be changed shortly.

I would be very pleased to see an "offical" HistWar MP game lobby for joining games but if we don't get this the LG MP Community is going to need all the help it can get, in making MP games work without a game lobby.
