Wow, impressive. It is good to have people like this... Thanks for the post.

Thanks ;)

That is amazing - it is very sad that at the moment there is no museum etc wanting to display them

Glad you enjoyed the post everybody.
At Sharnhost (check spelling) War College in the UK there was a diorama of
the battle of Blenheim ratio 1:1 in similar scale some years back. That gentleman had help
from his students :D
the 007 guy in this story is someone who in my humble opinion is my 'god' :D
I have 6 mm which I'm painting and planned to do a 1:1 of the battle of Marengo but its
there is no more money for it . I'll get some pics an post.
regards to all

Really impressive. I can not even imagine the number of hours of painting.
Thanks

Hi redhot ,
I think he mentions 500 painted in 24 period divided by 450,000 which is his entire
collection ....

Magnifique et impressionnant, merci.

Gros travail... !! Dommage que ce soit pour Waterloo :(

Gros travail... !!

I would love to see these models set up as per the original deployment in 1 - 1 scale, what a sight that would be...
They could use it at the Waterloo museum, would make a fantastic attraction imo. Oh the grandeur!
When you think that experts could recognize every regiment because he has painted them exactly as they were, genius.
