I have the options set to the easiest level So I do not think there should be any delay .

Napoleon is giving orders to davout who is quite a long way from Napoleon but nothing is happening

Is this an AI problem or am I doing something wrong

I'll take a look at this "issue" in order to explain the reason of delay (or for fixing the problem)
