Is there a general HistWar Teamspeak channel, so that I might ask questions(English speaking) of other players to learn more about the game. I just purchased this game yesterday and I am very interested in learning more how to play it properly.

Yes I agree there is no offical Histwar community speak unfortunately Groups have to organize themselves here and we do so effectivley
