New terrain... New GUI...
G allows to choose old/new GUI
Take a look at the Interface2 en.pdf to get information on the new GUI
ATTENTION : Window width must be greater than 1279 pixels to active the new GUI
The 3D Mode scale l is in "beta version"... (take a look at the Options in the game)

PS : if you get some trouble with the Mods Waterloo / Peninsular War Campaign... please, reinstall the 2 Mods ....

Installed and all OK in 1-2 scale, I did have to RE-install the Waterloo and Pen mods, but that only takes 2 minutes......look nice.

I got black screens twice after 30 minutes minutes in austerlitz and after 5 Minutes in Waterloo.
Is there a way to install the madrussian terrain mod with gras etc. somehow?
The new looks a bit blurry when I go down to the bottom with the camera. There are also some steps like a picture without anti-aliassing in the graphic. I use 1950 - 1050 which is the native resolution.
The 1-1 looks very impressive.

Try again - My download session cut out twice but this might have been a fault with my router. Anyway third attempt it worked and everything seems fine, after I reloaded the Waterloo patch.

I am experiencing the black screen problem too....also the strange graphic oddities which crop up now and again, with the tall soldiers in the formations.
But overall i really like the new look.

Yeah I get the tall soldiers as well mate, ive noticed it a few time, its like as if they are about 3 times larger, than the original men, and they seem to originate from that as well

In the previous version I had not those graphics anomalies. I am on a iMac 27, I7, GPU ATI 6970M, 8 gigRAM, Win7 on bootcamp.
- I am noticing that even on 1:10 my fans need to work extrahard, which did not happen before, so the new graphics are really demanding, and overheating may be the cause of the black screens some are reporting.

If you have a Mod installed like waterloo and the other one PWGM you will have to reinstall them, as I see some of the issue in that pic relate to reinstalling the Mods

I have to investigate a bit but I am no sure there is a big difference about the charge on the processors... Curious...

OK, I will try that - although these "ghosts" have been reported on the french forum in other scenarios, like wagram...
Can anyone remember me if there is any particular order in which they (Waterloo, PW) should be reinstalled or is it indifferent ?

can we install a modded terrain (like the ones from madrussian) with gras and a bit more crisper textures in a different folder perhaps?

Try to install with JSGME, if it doesn't work, you can easily uninstall.
