Hi,
Im a returning player having been playing with the demo version on and off for a while. I decided to buy the Chappe Pack version of the game recently. I was 3/4 way through the order process to get my download when I received the message : Transaction already processed (your payment has not been processed). We apologize for not being able to process your request, please call the merchant to complete the order.

Having sent 2 messages to ask for help/guidance, Im still waitng for a response. What do I do now ? Sorry for posting in this thread, I thought I may get a faster response?

Did you see the purchase amount on your Credit Card ?
If not, do try again. If you should run into the problem again send an e-mail to J M Mathe' directly.
I bought several games with 'download' and the same thing happened to me as well... :)
