Is there any place where we can read the archived captured messages in a way similar to our own dispatches?

Captured messages are displayed like your messages.
I have to work on this part again in order to inform the player he receives a captured message.
That said, this event is rare, only if a corps is isolated.

In the PBM I'm currently fighting, I have received a captured message. But then I went to check something else before reading it, and it was lost. :(

Nope, unfortunately... I thought that it was me who had done something wrong and did not report.
