To celebrate the December 2th, HistWar adds a Chat (http://www.histwar.org/forum/chat/index.php) to the forum.
An intense development activity continues in order to always improve «HistWar : Les Grognards» :
* A new interface is being developed
* The gameplay evolves in order to increase the player immersion
* The developments regarding Artificial Intelligence are underway
* The Modders continue their work ... the last one, Madrussian mod, improves the landscape. Another team is working on a project to see here (http://www.histwar.org/forum/index.php/topic,5604.msg73472.html#msg73472).
To recap, the PWGM team has built a complete package on the Peninsular War (http://www.histwar.org/mods/category.php?id=14) and dozens of scenarios are also proposing to replay many Napoleonic battles.

Don't hesitate to stay a while on the chat even if there's nobody. It will help to make people come and chat ;)

ah i realised the channel button, when you hit enter private room it creates the room :)

Yes when you log into the chat, a new private room is created with your nickname. Click on a person to the right you want on invite in your private room and select "invite" :)
Btw there is a 'my ip' button on chat where you can learn your ip.
Yes :) I added this to make easy multi. Hope it helps ! ;)

timeouts make you logout if you dont make any action for some time, can it be fixed?

Ok, timeout should be 60 min instead of 2 min

Btw, is it possible the window flash when something is written in the chat room so we can realise someone talking or enter the room if we minimize the chat room at the bottom of our screen.

No it's not possible :/ But you can enable sound so that you ear when someone logs into or writes something :)
