Bonjour Messsieurs,
Tomorrow (Aug 22) ..... my mother will be 80 years old  .... today, she had 2 small sips of Chardonnay (with me) from a silver goblet (that's all her doctor will allow) .... to me, this is FAR better than any other possible celebration (even 4th July) .... so I announce it to the world!!! :smile:

When my stepfather turned 80, we put 80 candles on his birthday cake.  That was a square of 9 by 9 with one left out of the center.  I'm just telling you this so you'll know NOT to try it yourself.  :D
