Is there any chance of a "zoom in" for the maps, the Campaign map is quite tricky to see because the 2d units sort of overlap each other, even with the alternate 2d units displayed it's still hard to get a good clear look at the positions.
-
Also for the Map Editor.

I would like to add my vote to this one.

Many people like the big Campign size maps but I'm sure they would be even more popular with a good "zoom in" system.......I tend to avoid them now and use the 15k ones more.

Also a "Spyglass Zoom" for the CinC view.

This issue already exists (n° 848 in redmine). But I think that you have to use the 3D symbolic view (press F4) in order to zoom. Idem for the map editor.

Thanks EricJ but there aren't many of us who use F4 view. I personaly fight in F2 & F3. I would like to see a Zoom in F3 that then translates to an F2 symbol when switched

Hello ajlewisbrookes,
I understand what do you mean. In fact, I'm agree with you, this is why I have created this issue in redmine. ;)
The F2 view is the same for all maps (6km, 10km, 15km and 30km), and in my opinion, this is strange and confusing because we have the same display but not the same scale.

Great idea G24
