JMM,
I am disappointed to see that the game will be delayed until next year but the new screenshots look excellent. It is better to have a short delay but to have all the graphics and gameplay perfected before release.
However, I am very pleased to see that there will be a demo released soon. Will this be before the end of the year?
Many thanks to you and your team for all your work.
Regards

I think like you...

It's our objective.. and I hope we can do that...
If we can't, it will be possible to D/L the 2 editors.. because the demo will follow in the next month..
Many thanks to you and your team for all your work.
THX.

Bonsoir JMM,
I like this new concept of the illustrated 2D map.. the symbols for the Units are very good.. but, the Magnifiying Glass makes the symbols appear 'fuzzy'... out of focus a little bit..

Bonjour JMM,
It's looking better each day as the game progress.
The corps markers are a welcomed addition. :D
Will you be able to see on the corps level if a corps is in danger so that you will be alerted to make decisions to withdraw or give support to that corps?

Bonsoir,

The small yellow markers can be colored to show the 5 status of each Corps.. Very easy to know the corps in danger..
Level 0 : no ennemy
Level 1 : light engagement
Level 2: seroius engagement but no problem in the present situation
Level 3: ATTENTION! without modification, the Corps must withdraw...
Level 4: Arghhh! too late!!! Corps in a disorderly retreat...

Bonjour,
The Minmap shows the location of your eye, and it allows to define a new location and/or orientation..
If this means what I think it does i.e. that you will be able to get to the location you click on at the minimap, then: :elephant:

Bonjour.. Yes..
It's very easy to walk on the ground.. The location in the perspective view is infered from the location of cursor on the MiniMap (Right Click).. :elephant: :elephant:
And you can choose the orientation too (Left Click)

In all the excitement I forgot to ask about the "C" among the corps markers.
C=100 in the Roman numerical system so obviously it does not mean corps 100.

 C.. for CinC Commander in Chief 8)
Another idea :?: Waiting for an another character...

It's no big deal actually. If you know what it stands for it's no problem.
However an alternative could be to have a star representing CiC. 8)

Bonjour,
Very impressive interface, JMM!
You and your team have made a very good job with it. :!:
What does the pistol means and the insect below it (or what ever that is). Perhaps it's not decided yet. :?:
/Lars L.
-
Bonjours Lars..
The pistol allows to open a menu to choose a colored status behind the hats of units... (ie ammunition, moral,..)
So, all informations about the army are very easy to keep watch on.
The napoleonic bee allows to open the onLine help.
