Titre: signification of the hat of corps commanders

Minor questions about the hat of corps commanders which sometimes disappear (or is darker in F7).
Can someone tell me the meaning of that?
I have the same question for the blood on the hat of individual units in F7.

Sorry for the delay

Hat / Regiment:
Displayed : AI is fully active,
Hidden : AI is disabled;  however, in this case, AI continues to take care the units; for example, it is able to form the square.

Hat / Corps:
Displayed : AI is fully active,
Hidden : the CinC has to order the halt/resume for the Corps; AI is able to stop the movement of Corps if the threat seems too heavy.

Red marker on the hat... The unit is bombarded.
