Very confused as to how to purchase

It seems from the talk here that the game is already available, and I very much would like to purchase a copy, but when I try to do so - it states that only "pre-orders" are available.

Could someone clear this up for me? 

The game looks amazing and will hopefully be more authentic than the Hollywood-like Napoleon: Total War.

Hello kondor :)

The store shows pre-orders because boxes can't be sent yet (but they are coming.... can't wait to read about your thoughs about the Napoleon Collector !!!). BUT, you can already download the game if you purchase it and play with it ;)
