I am already waiting for quite some time for a "good" new Napie Game, and via via I heard of this game. What I've seen so far looks very promising I must say. So keep up the good work chaps!!!
Cheers

Bonjour Ziem,
Welcome to the GREATEST Napoleonic Game Site On Earth!!!!... hahahahahaha...
But seriously, hang out for a while and you might see some interesting things develop... like Version 2.0 for La Grande Armee At Austerlitz (LGAA)... and HistWar 1806 Jena-Auerstadt... with both a Grand Tactical and Campaign component...
JMM and Co. have been very busy on both projects... so, it's just a matter of time... they are pretty good jugglers when it comes to coding a game engine or two... well, most of the time.... hahahahahaha...
May I suggest... that you consider getting a copy of the LGAA CD to learn the system... and be sure to install the Verson 1.2 and 1.3 patches... good way to get your feet wet...

(as usual)....

Bonjour Ziem,
Unfortunately... I believe that LGAA is only available for online purchase... meaning... it is not available for purchase in retail stores...
Here is a link to try:
http://www.matrixgames.com/games/austerlitz/features.asp
I'm sure that the USA publisher, Matrix, can accomodate your order... and perhaps Chips & Bits can too...
I will do some more checking around for some European sources...
Ok... here is a link to Duchet Computers:
http://www.duchet.com/ENGLIST/jscfrmw.htm
Be advised... you'll need a Java Plug-In to see the Duchet catalog... but LGAA is in stock... about 40 pounds sterling...
Also... here is a link to another Euro vendor... Store4War...
http://www.store4war.com/enter.html
LGAA in stock there too... about 70 Euros...
And finally... another vendor in Germany... Roland Rahn...
http://www.rolrahn.de/
Pretty decent price too... 55 Euros...
Well... that's it for the survey... good hunting... and I hope your credit card doesn't spontaneously combust in your pocket... ouch!... hahahahahaha....
