Someone know how setup win 7 and XP with port forward before to try play a MP?
With list of things to do?

Each router is different. Not exist a "how to" valid for all of them. ANyway the port forwarding is necessary only for host not for act as client.

Yes but make attention to firewall\antivirus or other softwares which can block the traffic over some ports.
