why don't you two run these activities here on LG forum so you may have more interested members involved in

I do the GaW on the NBC site because it's mostly NBC members that are interested, I have tried to get forum members here interested, everyone is welcome, but not many join in...maybe that will change as LG improves and we get the final 2d version.

The GaW format takes a lot of organisation, and forum space, which could only be done here if it were a HW "official" project.

This is the position of the GAW Campaign at the begining of turn 2. We have introduced a 400 CEH move limit for a turn, which is designed to cut down on "300" and "Even" CEH battles and an "Admit Defeat" option.

Whichever side "admits defeat" will give away an Overwhelming Tac and Strat victory to the other side.

The reason for this is, in some uneven CEH battles one side can be badly defeated long before the 10 hours battle time is up and the game program does not appear to "end" the battle soon enough. The side being beaten will have the chance to save some of the Army (CEH) but still take a loss of battle.

Yup, we can always use a new GaW member now and again to help us get the fighting done, and the map moves - as AJ says, everyone is welcome, only one thing required, an interest in Napoleonic MP gaming.

France invade GB !!!....150ceh v 50ceh.......the smartly dressed Frenchmen are about to take the British supply centre and force the Allies to take shelter in Denmark....but only for a short while, untill the full force of the Russians decend upon the French eastern armies.

Well AJ, you won, well played Sir.....but it was a great pleasure for me to hear the outright panic in your voice when it looked like you might lose !!!!....I shall remember that for a long time.....what a great preformance my teammate (Cavalier) put up defending the river in the north, and what about the Grenadiers in the village on the southern flank.

Yet again another different type of battle, we will never get bored with LG, with so many different kinds of battle being generated by the GaW/Campaign games.

Hopefully the French will get to feel how hard to can be to defend against three times the number.

Lots of action here recently, Campaign number 1 is due to last untill about the end of the year, early 2011 will see number 2 start with some small rule changes, which is expected to make it even better.....if anyone wants to join now they will get to use the current game as good practice for the new improved game starting early 2011, all welcome, please see here for all you need to know -

Work continues on getting Campaign number 2 ready for after Xmas, one change is that "individual" scores have now been dropped, many people think that when MP players get "scores" they become obsesed with "win at all costs", which is wrong with NBC members, but we have dropped that feature anyway.

The only individual stats that are now kept are ACTIVITY stats, so we can see who are the most active players in this format.
