Why so Long?

Bought the game again about 3 hours ago and still no Key....I understand they want 24hrs....why so long.  Is the key automated or does someone have to Push a button.  The first time I bought, I had the key in a few minutes.  So do they only send keys when their in the office.  U.S. time 9:50 central....so it must be the middle of the night there.  Now I ask myself what was the rush to buy this game again.  I'll learn one day.  Oh by the way hi everyone.
