I know HistWar2 is is just around the corner, but I keep reading here about AI and graphic improvements for the first game. Is this still going to be the case now HistWar 2 is coming out? Or has work more or less finished on Hist War 1?

the AI engine, especially the Grand Tactical AI (the main strategy you and AI make on the field of battle), is "shared" so every work made on Les Grognards (a.k.a. hw1) will be used in Napoleon (a.k.a. hw2); teams work for Les Grognards and Napoleon, for example i am in the beta team of Les Grognards and i am testing a new patch that will be available in the incoming days  :)
