Can't download-password not working

I'm entering the user name and password exactly as they are in the email attachment I recieved, and it keeps re-prompting for the password. :cry: I tried  copying and pasting  from the .rtf and  typingwithout the caps even, but no luck.

Help?

use the password only with small letters
