So to recap:
HistWar: The Grognards is now distributed by the company Play and Com, probably under the name HistWarGames to better identify ourselves.
It goes without saying, and it is better said that it will not affect the quality of the game This is not the publisher who produces, it is only for streaming.
Since we are talking about broadcast .. Initially, we will make available the game for downloading.
We will not be able to ensure early delivery of a box with CD and Manual ... Indeed, by the end we have to adjust the site (and here again I think this will be a surprise) and modify the program to establish a serial number associated with each Grognard (and not DRM) ...
However, very soon we will have the means to spread the box game in Europe or outside Europe (but there is a problem of cost of transport that will take over the buyer ...). The manual is available in 2 reference languages (English and French)
Furthermore, we will take steps to contact local distributors to reduce prices of transport .. but this may take a little longer.
To sum up the schedule by the end of the year:

Well I didn't discover this thread until today, and it's lovely that you thought of me, Miloradovich! I've been tossing out all sorts of challenges to people, but to you, my Count, I think I should offer an alliance. Let's bunch up together soon after the release of the game and see if we can't invent a way to do multiplayer PBEM against another couple of players. Be my steadfast comrade and we'll sweep some distant field of the enemy!!
Indeed I had gone to Norway for a family birthday when BFC axed the forum. Oh the fools! Alors, c'est la vie. I wonder if they could ever effect a rapproachment? I checked the BFC forum briefly when I was there and got THE SHOCK OF MY (GAMING) LIFE at the announcement. Fortunately I've been hanging about here too... *shivers at the memory*
Either way, if we are en campagne by Xmas, I shall be as happy as a pig in clover!
By the way, I think we should continue to nourish and love this thread, with its distinguished heritage, well into the future. Our greeting shall become... "Any news?" (Actually, if you speak indonesian, that's exactly what they say: Apa kabar? Wonderful people).

This is the long Thanksgiving weekend in the USA, so it couldn't be a more excellent time to get acquainted with << le machin >>.
An appropriate time, too, for us to give thanks to JMM and testers for their years of hard work that brought us to this point.
We'll be watching for the download instructions -- let's all hope it's not a "turkey!"

Nous allons mettre en place un serveur Torrent en plus du serveur ftp histWar.com dont le débit est important mais qui risque de ne pas supporter les débits sur les premières heures..
Nous vous en dirons plus samedi... mais si quelques d'entre vous -utilisateurs de Torrent- pouvaient laisser leur PC allumé quelques heures afin d'amorcer la pompe, ce serait sympa...
De plus, nous allons suivre l'évolution du chargement afin d'adapter notre serveur pour la sortie du jeu même...
Nous avons a peu près terminé la définition du packaging pour le jeu en boite...
Il y aura une version en boite et une version collector... Nous vous en dirons plus lors du lancement de la pré-vente.

Download "Install HistWar" from Torrent
Download a file histwar.md5 (a text file with a huge number; this file is on histwar server)
Download a md5 software... just execute it with "Install HistWar" parameter.. You get a huge number... Compare it with the reference number..
Even... Yep.. you get a good version
