I tried the link, viewing is not allowed without registration.  I did register some time ago, but I was UNregistered because I was not active - is this still the site policy ?. 

Forums normally allow viewing without registration, but not posting - of course.

Yes we do have some closed forums, where uploading and downloading of games files occur, which are restricted to registered members.  But it doesnt cost anything to register of course, and all we ask is that people keep in touch with our community, comunitcation is the key, and it also costs nothing to say hi.
Those who havent made a post with us for a year,  are put on hold, after a follow up letter, which is most reasonable.
Of course the new forum upgrade has allowed us many newer features, than in the past.  And we are still working through that. And we are a growing community having a lots of fun.

Now i am involved and i think this is really a great process exchanging files on the forum.
 
Btw, scoring of HWLG games, Player Medals Awards & Ranks look awesome.

With MP games the system will really kick in, that along with Campaigns etc, it will nearly be a roll playing game, with battles etc
