problem with patch 03b (RC5)

I was able to download and install O3a without problem but 03b (RC5) gives me a error message, "checksum mismatch" and "couldn't read TOC" when I try and install...any ideas?

Could you try to download the package again.
It's possible there was a problem during the transfer.
