Key Missing ID Key 10

Hi,
My original version was 2f. I installed the full patch over the existing game and added the most recent one as well. Now the game will not start with the above error.

Hum.. curious because the installer doesn't delete the file idKey.hw
Could you launch the program installHW.exe in order to copy/past your SN.

Is there a way to recover my Key from within my program because im struggling to find it?
