Which way to reduce turns in PBEM ?

To reduce many turns in PBEM....which way?

1)variable time unitl max 30 minutes for turn + red screen
2)variable time unitl max 30 minutes for turn , without red screen

JMM , sorry, is it possible changing some configuration file,change time turn in PBEM to 30 minutes only for a speed attempt?
