Windowed mode?

Is it possible to run the game in a window?  I have a triple screen setup and would like to be able to read the manual on one of my other monitors as I play.

yes it is!!!  

Just open the "initDiag.txt" file in the "Langage" folder of the game...and under the two lines for the resolution of the screen(which you can also change if you get a new larger monitor: I run the game on 1920/1080 - and it works perfectly fine  )  you will find the following  line: 

0000       #Fenétré 2309

 - just change the "0000" to "2309"

then the game will run in windowed mode

My tablet  in action!  What's really fun is to have the game open in a window and the manual as well as a pdf of the battle itself (an Osprey title usually) for easy reference.

Maybe the best is I have to add a box to choose "full screen" / "window mode"
In the configuration application (histwar.exe), a box is used for bump mapping BUT I don't use it.
I try to modify the program before the next patch. That said, the resolution must be initialized too.

It will be a good improvement (but not so urgent). Just a question : why this code : 2309 ? A birthday date ?

Otherwise, I tried it but it seems we cannot change the size of the window ; is it right ?
