And now for something completely different... for all you soccer fans out there!
Same poll as in the Italian forum. Let's see what the International crowd thinks. Please do not vote from the heart. We all love our national teams. Who's really the strongest?
I think Spain will win this time.

Spain is strong. But I bet on Brazil. It is allways the favorite. (and no, I do not think that much of my Portugal. We will not probably even go through the group phase... )

I think Argentina has enough quality to win the title in spite of Maradona. Spain is really strong but statistics speaks against them. It would be too improbable that they maintain their long winning streak through to the final. Finally, my German side can always win a title but generally that would mean that football lost.

Well guys, I am English (although I live in the States) and I vote for England. I don't do this out of loyalty or patriotism. I really believe that this could well be their World Cup. Fabio has done a fantastic job with the squad and Wayne Rooney is HOT this season, 30 goals so far. However the long and highly competitive Premier League season may do it's usual thing and leave these players tired and past their best, a little like a Cavalry charge that's blown.

Nothing against the English, but you know that there will be some penalty shootouts on the road to the final?

No because it will be France secret weapon, Henry's "Hand of God" against the Italian "unfairplay" in the hot final. No worries. Italy will be out in the first round. France will have to wait awhile before they can get revenge!

Talking about Rugby, the game I played, even had my little finger kicked off, "Invictus" is a great movie.

Brasil has a lot of good players, a mix of young and older ones. And they seem to have a very good coach....them

Still think it's Englands time, they are hot right now, and it's my head not my heart that says so. I will watch as much as I can if I can tear myself away from this damn addictive game of JMM's
